bgt999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Access to and use of the bgt999 Platform is restricted exclusively to adults who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which an Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bgt999 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Players who are found to be under 18 at any point during their use of the Platform will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned to the payment method from which they were made, subject to verification.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of bgt999, nor of any game provider, software supplier, or payment partner of bgt999.
• You are not located in, or ordinarily resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting of your own free will and are not in a state of diminished capacity that would affect your ability to form a binding legal agreement.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement on bgt999 or any other platform that would prevent your participation in online gambling.

bgt999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the operation of an Account, including but not limited to at the point of first withdrawal. Acceptable documentation includes a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladeshi or international passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.

Where bgt999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account Holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above, the Platform may suspend the Account, restrict deposits and withdrawals, and request additional verification documents without prior notice. During a verification review, existing balances will be preserved and not forfeited unless verification conclusively demonstrates an eligibility breach.

Deposits

All deposits into your bgt999 Account must be made through one of the officially supported payment channels listed on the Platform. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳50. Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. bgt999 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party payment sources. Where a deposit is identified as having originated from a payment account not registered in the Account Holder's name, the deposit will be reversed and the Account flagged for review. bgt999 will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party payment provider processing times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that player funds are returned to their verified source. Where a Player has deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be allocated across those methods proportionally at bgt999's discretion.

bgt999 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods — including BPL match days and major cricket fixtures — may experience processing times at the upper end of this range. bgt999 will communicate any unusual delays to affected Account Holders via the registered email address.

bgt999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, bgt999 will notify the Account Holder and request any additional documentation required to resolve the review.

Currency

The bgt999 Platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and transaction limits are expressed in BDT. No currency conversion takes place on the Platform. Players depositing via bKash or Nagad will see the exact BDT amount credited to their bgt999 Account with no deduction for exchange rates.

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bgt999 — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the sports betting rules published on the Platform. These rules govern the settlement of bets in cases of match abandonment, player withdrawal, venue changes, and other event variations. bgt999's decision on the settlement of any disputed bet is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. In cases where a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being offered (manifestly erroneous odds), bgt999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Account Holder. bgt999 will not honour bets placed on odds that are demonstrably the result of a system error rather than genuine market pricing.

Casino Games

All casino games available on bgt999 — including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade games — are operated by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by each provider's certified Random Number Generator systems. bgt999 does not interfere with game outcomes. Any disputes relating to in-game outcomes should be referred first to bgt999 support, and if unresolved, may be escalated to the relevant game provider.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on bgt999. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. bgt999 reserves the right to apply individual Account-level stake limits where it determines this is necessary for risk management or responsible gaming purposes. Account Holders subject to Account-level limits will be notified by email.

Void Bets and Settlements

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Account Holder in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is met; a technical fault prevents accurate recording of the bet; the bet was placed on odds that were clearly erroneous; or the event outcome cannot be verified to a sufficient standard of certainty. Settlement decisions made by bgt999 in accordance with the published rules are binding and final.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game outcome must be raised with bgt999 customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered. bgt999 will investigate all formal disputes and provide a written response within 5 business days. During a dispute investigation, the Account remains fully operational unless separate grounds for suspension exist.

By using bgt999, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one bgt999 Account, either individually or in coordination with another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or during any KYC verification process.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings that would not otherwise have occurred under normal operating conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted by bgt999.
• Colluding with other players in multi-player games or at live casino tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward bgt999 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or data from the bgt999 Platform without express written permission.

bgt999 employs fraud detection systems that monitor Account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity may result in Account suspension pending investigation, voiding of bonuses and associated winnings, forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed, and legal action where criminal conduct is identified.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your bgt999 Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bgt999 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to your registered payment method before closing the Account. Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure are forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirements have already been met. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3 business days.

Cooling-Off and Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling, bgt999 offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months is also available for players who feel they need a longer break. During any self-exclusion period, bgt999 will cease all marketing communications to the affected Account. bgt999-Initiated Suspension

bgt999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, without being required to provide detailed reasons in all cases. Grounds for bgt999-initiated suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; evidence of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; chargebacks raised against bgt999 by the Account Holder's payment provider; and any other conduct that bgt999 reasonably determines poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent Account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by bgt999 — the Account Holder's access to the Platform is revoked. Real-money balances confirmed through verification will be returned to the Account Holder's registered payment method. Bonus Funds, wagering progress, and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds will be forfeited at closure. bgt999 retains transaction records and Account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Bangladeshi data retention requirements.

Limitation of Liability

bgt999 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or data loss at all times. bgt999 shall not be liable for any losses — including gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits — arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

In no event shall bgt999's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder exceed the total net deposits made by that Account Holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Amendments to These Terms

bgt999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account Holders via email to the registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms applicable to bonuses claimed by the Account Holder, constitute the entire agreement between bgt999 and the Account Holder with respect to the use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements between the parties on the same subject matter.
